Site blueprints for the financier's personal Caribbean island included in the released materials.
Also included in this latest document drop seems to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, found in the Caribbean US territory.
Epstein acquired a more modest island - Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the larger Great St James in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.
This visual evidence indicate he had formulated development schemes to transform the sprawling island by constructing living quarters, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a swimming pool.
Marked on the drawing is a local waterway, a waterway in the territory, indicated on the lower right-hand corner.
The site plan is annotated in handwritten red notes and contains a legend labelling distinct parts of the land.
In addition to the main plan are what look to be nine other property layouts and construction drawings, featuring designs for marina coverings.
Further documentation disclosed as part of the continuing investigative disclosure.
